1 on 1 Private Coaching

We offer personalized, 1-on-1 coaching for individuals who are looking for an approach to training that is specifically tailored to their needs and goals. You and your coach will work together to articulate your fitness goals, assess your current abilities, and come up with an action plan to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. In addition to training in the gym, coaches will also provide accountability and lifestyle coaching to help get the most out of your workouts.

Private coaching is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations, or just prefer the additional attention and accountability. Our private coaching prices vary depending on the coach you select but vary from $75 to $95/hour*.

Private Coaching Mini-Sessions

Private coaching could provide the bump you need to get past the small roadblocks between you and your goals. Working 1 on 1 with coach to improve an area of weakness or refine your skills on a complex movement is the most effective way to fast track your progress in the gym. This track is suggested if you’re training for a specific event (CrossFit competition, obstacle course race, etc.) or if you’re an experienced CrossFitter and want additional technique work.

30 minute tune ups cost $45. Talk to a coach to discuss scheduling!
