How to Join
We require all prospective new clients to schedule a free one-on-one introductory session through our website. We use the intro session to discuss your current fitness level, routine, and goals, and familiarize you with our gym and program. You can then experience a workout and we will answer any questions you may have.
After completing your intro, and prior to starting general workout of the day (WOD) classes, all athletes new to CrossFit must take CrossFit Elements, an 8-class beginner program that meets twice a week.
