In an attempt to spur more discussion and provide more accessible content, we’re going to try something new regarding the workout of the day. I’m going to post tomorrow’s workout every evening on the facebook page. I envision this facilitating a few things:
 
1) Post your questions about the WOD
Use the comments section so that they can be addressed for everyone to see and benefit from.
2) Post your times / weights / reps / rounds
Give people in later classes something to shoot for and to foster healthy competition.
3) Post any other training / nutrition / recovery related questions
I can respond much quicker to facebook than email.
 
I enjoy fielding your questions via email, but I think this would be a more public and therefore useful medium to relay information to everyone and also stimulate further questions and interaction as a whole.

Sweat:
Every minute for 8 minutes:
3 Power Snatches + 3 Overhead Squats
 
Do the overhead squats after the power snatches, or 1 ohs after each snatch
