Today’s workout is like a Choose Your Own Adventure Novel: You can perform it with either 1 or 2 kettlebells.
 
If you go the single KB route, the workout will be 1 clean left, 1 clean right, 1 front squat with the KB in the left rack position, 1 front squat with the KB in the right rack position.. Perform 2 of each, 3, up to 5. Then, go back to 1.
 
If you go the double KB route, the workout will be 1 double clean, 1 double front squat, 2 double cleans, 2 double front squats.. Perform 2 of each, 3, up to 5. Then, go back to 1.
