TEAM CFSS!!!

Thank you to everyone who attended and participated in the Mid-Atlantic CrossFit Affiliates for Hope Event on Saturday. Overall, the event was a great success in terms of total dollars raised and attendance. With that being said, our goal is still to raise $5k. We’ve surpassed $2700, which is phenomenal, but we can do better. The deadline for fundraising is 24 June, so there’s still 2 weeks left to hit our mark.
Today’s workout is a 1 mile time trial. Our turn around point is the corner of Brookville Rd and Warren St. We’ll be using this a longer running benchmark moving forward, so I want to see some effort on these runs. Obviously we want to push the pace, but be mindful of the traffic around you. Stay well hydrated during the day because it’s going to be a hot one.
